SovraHQ processes account profile data, proposal metadata, activity telemetry, and communication records required to deliver live deal-room intelligence. In demo mode, sample data may be generated locally for product simulation.

2) Why We Process Data

We process data to authenticate access, secure documents, trigger notifications, provide behavioral analytics, support chat workflows, and maintain transaction-related audit history.

3) Communication & Invoice Intake

When you submit invoice requests, we store intake details and send administrative notifications for invoicing operations. Email addresses and phone numbers are used strictly for service communications and onboarding workflows.

4) Security Controls

Data is protected through encrypted transport, controlled backend access, and role-aware authorization controls. We continuously monitor system events and enforce strict access boundaries on sensitive datasets.

5) Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Limited service providers may process data only to operate essential platform functions (for example, infrastructure, messaging, and transactional email).

6) Retention & Deletion

Data is retained only as needed for platform operations, legal obligations, and service continuity. You may request export or deletion of applicable records by contacting the SovraHQ support channel.
